## We're Bridging the Gap

Brokers have more impact on the consumer property market than any other professional. Unlike developers, agents, or lenders, **brokers are completely aligned with the consumer's interests** — your success depends on your client making the right decision, not just any decision.

Yet most brokers only enter the picture at the point of transaction. By the time a client walks through the door, they've already spent months — sometimes years — in sales funnels run by developers, marketers, and property spruikers who aren't looking out for them.

## The Problem We're Solving

Aspiring homeowners and investors start their property journey long before they need a loan. They're researching suburbs, running numbers on the back of envelopes, and absorbing advice from people who have something to sell.

Brokers should be in that conversation from day one. But until now, there's been no commercial incentive to support a client who's two years away from a transaction — no tools to stay engaged, no way to scale that kind of ongoing relationship across a full book.

## What We've Built

ScaleConnect is three products working together.

## Background

Scale was founded in Australia with a simple observation: mortgage brokers are the most trusted professionals in property, but they're stuck using tools built for transactions, not relationships.

We set out to build the infrastructure that lets brokers operate like the best wealth managers in the world — proactive, data-driven, and always one step ahead — without the overhead that usually requires.

We ship every week, we build alongside our broker community, and we measure success by one thing: **whether brokers can support more clients without working more hours.**
